1. New user registration:

a. New users for this site need to register themselves by clicking on "New Regisration". An Activation link will be sent to your email Id. Check your mail inbox & follow instruction.You need to click the link in the email to activate account. Please note that you can apply for more than one Guide or Project Leader using a single login ID.

b. Ttry to login with registerd email ID , if haven't receive the activation email, You will receive it again.

2. Apply Online:

a. Please click "Apply" next to guide or PL position you would like to apply for. Use the search option to find guide or Project leader(PL) name and click on "Apply" button next to guide's name. If you have previously logged in and start the process, You can continue from where you left off.

b. While filling out application, you will come accross different sections such as personal information, academic details, any other qualification. Additionally you will need to upload passport size photo and an e-signature.Please ensuer size of photo is less than 50kB and size of signature less than 25kB.

c. In case you feel you have additional qualification that are relevant to the intern position, you may include them under "Other qualifications".

d. While filling the online application form, the candidate must provide personal details, Academic Details, and his/her photo and e-signature. If the candidate does not filled out these details, the application form will not be considered as submited application.

e. After completely filling out online applicaton form, save it in PDF format and then print or download the 'Application Form' for future reference.

NOTE:

1. Candidates are not required to send or submit hard copy of application form to CSIR-NCL. However, it is advised that candidates bring hard copy of application form in case they are selected for internship program.

2. In case candidate receives an offer to join the internship program they must bring printed copy of application form, a sign copy of college or university recommendation letter on its letter head, and sign copy of IP Agreement Form. All these forms will be available on the candidate's deshboard once they are selected for internshipin program.

3. There is no time limit to shortlist or call for internship program.

4. If a intern position becomes available, candidate will be notified via email or through website/online mode.

5. No further inquires follow-ups will be entertained.
